Kozhikode (Kerala) [India], September 22:<\/strong> Avani Institute of Design has announced the launch of Kerala\u2019s first integrated design program \u2014 a five-year dual degree course combining B.Des and M.Des<\/strong>. The initiative marks a significant milestone as the institute celebrates a decade of academic excellence.<\/p>\n The Integrated Design Program offers\u00a0multiple entry and exit options<\/strong>\u00a0in line with the National Education Policy (NEP). Students can graduate with a\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree after four years<\/strong>\u00a0or continue to earn a\u00a0Master\u2019s degree after five years<\/strong>, giving them flexibility without compromising depth.<\/p>\n Specializations in\u00a0Product Design<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Interior Design<\/strong>\u00a0balance foundational learning with advanced, industry-relevant skills, preparing students to meet the evolving demands of India\u2019s design ecosystem.<\/p>\n \u201cDesign education today must go beyond conventional boundaries,\u201d said\u00a0Tony Joseph<\/strong>, Chairman and Principal of Avani Institute of Design. \u201cThis program reflects Avani\u2019s belief that design is not just about creating objects or spaces, but about shaping ideas and solutions that can impact society in meaningful ways.\u201d<\/p>\n As a not-for-profit institution, Avani has built a reputation as more than just a campus.
