The proceeds will be utilised to strengthen its owned fleet, expand warehousing and smart logistics infrastructure, and meet working capital requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The IPO opens for Anchor Investors on October 24, 2025 (Friday), with the Bid\/Issue Period opening on October 27, 2025 (Monday) and closing on October 29, 2025 (Wednesday). The price band has been fixed at \u20b9116 to \u20b9122 per equity share with a lot size of 1,000 equity shares and in multiples of 1,000 thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the Emerge platform of NSE, with a tentative listing date of November 03, 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Issue Structure and Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The offering comprises a Fresh Issue of 23,47,000 equity shares of face value \u20b910 each, aggregating up to \u20b928.63 crore.
