The new caf\u00e9 was inaugurated on <strong>September 18<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Virar outlet is located in an active catchment area with <strong>D-Mart in the immediate vicinity and New Viva College<\/strong>, providing access to a large student and youth audience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The opening marks another step in Ajay\u2019s Caf\u00e9\u2019s planned expansion across the <strong>Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR)<\/strong>, where the company aims to open <strong>around 30 outlets over the coming year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/newswiredelhi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/PNN-2026-09-21T122708511.jpg\" alt=\"Ajay\u2019s Caf\u00e9\" class=\"wp-image-87197\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ajay Solanki, Founder, Ajay\u2019s Caf\u00e9<\/strong>, said, <em>\u201cAfter the strong response to our Nalasopara outlet, Virar was a natural next step for us.
